Walter C. Beekman

 
Beekman, Walter C. Born May 25, 1950, Died January 21, 2018. Walter was born on long Island to Walter Beekman and Evelyn Beekman McCormack. Walter was predeceased by his wife Kathleen who left him on May 8, 2003. Although Walter and Kathleen had no children Walter is survived by his brother John Beekman and his sisters Evelyn Cascio, Dolores Kasnia and Cahterine Beekman Sontup. Walter worked a major portion of his adult life for I. Janvey & Sons, Inc. of Hempstead from where he recently retired. Walter enjoyed fishing and spending time with his friends at the local American Legion Post.
