Marie Gisele Sapini

Marie Gisele Sapini was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, godmother and friend. She left this world suddenly on April 17, 2022 at the age 81. She is survived by husband Maurice, children Rodney (Stacey), Sandra (Jon), and Patrick (Flo), and grandchildren Andrew, Briana, Jonathan, Iceon, Preston, Arianna, Logan, Patrick, and Peyton, sisters-in law, Aimee, Antonine, Marie-Marthe, Irmine, and Yvette, brother-in-law, Bertholet and several other nieces, nephews, godchildren and dear friends. Born in Haiti, she relocated to the United States in 1969. She worked for many years providing elder care at Holly Patterson Nursing Home in Uniondale, New York. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and was steadfast in her faith in the catholic church. Zette and Maurice brought love and joy to each other and the family for 57 years until Zette's passing on April 17th, 2022. A viewing from 8 to 10 AM on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at Hartnett Funeral Home will be followed by a funeral mass at Saint Martha’s Roman Catholic Church in Uniondale at 10:30 AM.
