Raymond A. Oury Jr.

Raymond A. Oury, Jr. passed away peacefully on April 10, 2025 at the age of 91 after a short illness. He was born on December 8, 1933, the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, to the late Raymond A. Oury and Monica M. Oury in Queens, NY. He is survived by his loving wife, Theresa, their five children: Kevin (Rosemary), Stephen, Richard (Renee), Diane and Thomas (Courtney) along with six grandchildren: James, Monica, Lauren, Emma, Charlotte and Ella. Ray was a proud New York City Police Officer for thirty-two years. Retired for almost thirty years, he enjoyed traveling, taking walks along local marinas, reading and gardening, growing flowers and vegetables to share with family, neighbors and friends. He will now have the joy of being reunited with his deceased family and friends. He will be sorely missed. Rest in peace.
