Ronald J. Ruggiero

Ronald J. Ruggiero, - "Ronnie", of New Port Richie, FL, Formerly of Uniondale and Bayshore, NY passed away on January 9, 2024 at the age of 73. Loving father of Lucas and Anthony. Beloved partner of Corinne Tassielli. Loving son of the late Lucas and Marie. Cherished Brother of Rosemary ( Bill Britt). Adored uncle of Daniel Tuomey and Rina Britt.

Ronnie was a mechanic prior to starting his own pest control business. He was a larger-than-life figure whose passion was singing. He formed his first rock band at the age 11. He also was a DJ at the former Channel 80 nightclub in Island Park NY.His love of A Capella and Doo Wop harmony led him to form his own group, the 3rd Edition. For twenty years he performed at various venues in New Jersey, PA., Long Island NY including NYCB Theatre at Westbury ( formerly Westbury Music Fair and Queens College.  

Though Ronnie had some serious health issues of late, his passion for life never diminished. The world isn't bright without him in it.
