I am so sorry for your loss. I know that widowhood is so very final. The only comfort comes from knowing that your spouse is no longer suffering. Her memory lives on in so many ways. My sincere condolences to Rene' and family. Eileen and I worked together for many years as Probation Officers. I have fond memories of her and of the situations that we shared. May the angels surround her as she enters the gates of heaven.

Nous avons appris par Christine avec grande tristesse le décès d'Eileen. Nous avions justement parlé de vous deux avec Jean-Jacques qui était de passage à Paris mercredi.
Nous serons de tout coeur avec toi le 24 et partagerons tes prières. Si tu voulais faire un saut en Europe pour te reposer de ces émotions, nous serions ravis de t'acceuillir.

Hey Stacey...I already commented on your FB post today...sorry for your loss...just an unfortunate reality of aging parents that we all have to face...I won't be able to make it to any of the services as they're all during the week/I don't live close by) but I know you know my heart was in the right place.
